Well, I’ve done it in two places. I’ve done it in Denver, Colorado and here in The Triangle.
**And you’ve been doing real estate for over — years?
I’ve been doing it for over 30 years.
**So you bring a lot of experience to the table. Do you mostly help buyers or sellers or both?
I do both. I don’t think that to be an effective Real Estate Advisor, you can delineate and say I only work with buyers or I only work with sellers. Real estate is a people business and if you’re going to do real estate, I have always worked at being the best, whether helping buyers or sellers.. Sellers have particular needs, buyers have particular needs, and I feel like I am a very seasoned professional that can meet with both of these needs. I have worked in different markets – I have worked in a mega market like a Denver, Colorado and have been a top agent in that arena — and now I am very successful in the Raleigh, Triangle RTP market. This is such an awesome place to live.
